We ship across India from our own facility in Haridwar. Nothing here is drop-shipped, so the parcel that reaches you left the same building the batch was released from.
When your order leaves us
Orders confirmed before 2 pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Anything later, or on a Sunday or a public holiday, goes out on the next working day.
How long delivery takes
Counted in working days from dispatch, not from the moment you place the order:
- Metro cities — 2 to 3 working days
- The rest of India — 4 to 6 working days
- Remote pin codes — up to 8 working days
What shipping costs
Free on orders over ₹499. Below that it is a flat ₹49, whatever the size of the parcel and wherever in India it is going. There is no separate handling or packing charge.
Tracking the parcel
A tracking link goes to you on WhatsApp as soon as the courier picks the parcel up. If you have an account, the same order and its current status sit under Orders.
If a parcel is late
Couriers do occasionally stall a shipment without updating the scan. If your parcel has not moved for two working days, message us with the order number and we will chase it with the courier ourselves rather than asking you to.
Where we do not ship
We ship within India only. For orders outside India, write to us first — some of our formulations need an import permit in the destination country, and we would rather tell you that before you pay.
