Products and dosage
How much should I take?
Every product page carries a How to use panel with the dose, the timing and what to take it with. Those instructions are specific to that formulation — do not carry a dose across from a similar-sounding product.
Can I take this alongside prescribed medicine?
Ask the physician who prescribed it. Several Ayurvedic herbs interact with common prescriptions. We will tell you exactly what is in the formulation so you can show them, but the decision is theirs, not ours.
Is it suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Assume not, unless a qualified physician who knows your case says otherwise.
How long before it does anything?
Classical preparations are not fast. Most of our range is meant to be taken daily for six to eight weeks before you judge it. Where a product is meant to work sooner, its page says so.
Quality and authenticity
Can I see the certificate of analysis for my batch?
Yes. Send us the batch number printed on your pack and we will send the certificate of analysis for that batch back. Not a specimen — that batch.
How do I know a pack is genuine?
Every pack carries a batch number, a manufacturing date and an expiry. If any of the three is missing, smudged or overprinted, send us a photo before you open it.
How should I store it?
Cool, dry, out of direct sun, lid closed. Powders and granules pick up moisture quickly in a humid kitchen; a sealed jar away from the stove is enough.
Ordering and payment
What can I pay with?
Cash on delivery, across India. Online payment is coming; until it is live, the courier collects on the doorstep.
Do I need an account to order?
No. An account only makes the second order easier — saved addresses, your order history, and reordering in a tap. You can also simply message us on WhatsApp.
Do you supply clinics and shops?
